★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ganti batrai jam, tapi tokonya gapunya alat buat ngebukanya, eh malah asal asalan diketok2 kasar, jadinya malah lecet² karna dipaksa diketok-ketok terus. Sayang bgt jam mahal jadi lecet², kalo emang gaada alat dan gabisa buka harusnya jujur aja diawal. Jgn malah dilecetin dan ga tanggung jawab! Kecewa bgt! Pegawainya juga cuek2 aja kyk gaada rasa bersalah udah ngelecet2in jam mahal.

It's a shame that the hours are expensive so they are scuffed, if you don't have any tools and can't open them, you should be honest at the beginning. Don't even get bullied and don't take responsibility! So disappointed! The employees are also indifferent, if there is no guilt for having spent expensive hours.
