★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering beli kesini karena lumayan dekat rumah & (+)nya dia buka sampai malam (jarang ada toko plastik yg jam buka smpe malam).
Tapi udah lama punya bbrp kritik untuk tmpt ini:
- Kualitas barang kurang disortir, barusan ibu sy beli dus, udah di lipat semua, ehh ternyata pada bolong semua. Sepertinya cuttingan dari pabrik. Artinya kualitas mmg kurang disortir. Pdhl belinya byk. Mana bolongnya dibagian bwh dan buat dus snack+air mineral?
- Pelayanan agak ribet menurutku, apalagi kalau pas rame. Nggak banget. Tmpt buat pelanggan itu sempit, penuh dg barang2. Kurang rapi juga penataannya. Okelah lumayan lengkap tapi "mabul2" kalau bhs jawanya.
- Tidak ada bagian kasir sendiri yg cepat membuatkan nota & mengurus pembayaran/pengembalian uang. Jadi hrs nunggu karyawan bolak balik kadang nyari barang yg kita mau, nanya dulu, nyari di dus2 besar pdhl belinya kita nggak. Berharap ada nota print otomatis biar cepat dan tdk manual.
Semoga dibaca sama pemilik ya. Dan bisa lebih baik lagi.
Untuk dus saya malas tukar sudahlah moga bisa jd pelajaran.
I often buy here because it's pretty close to my house & (+) it's open until late at night (rarely there are plastic shops that open until evening).
But it's been a long time since I had a few criticisms for this place:
- The quality of the goods is not sorted, my mother just bought a box, it's all been folded, eh, it turns out that everything has holes. Looks like a cut from the factory. This means that the quality is less sorted. Pdhl buy a lot. Where's the hole at the bottom and make a snack box + mineral water
- Service is a bit complicated in my opinion, especially when it's crowded. Not really. The place for customers is narrow, full of goods. It's also not neatly arranged. Okay, it's quite complete, but "mabul2" in Javanese.
- There is no cashier itself that is quick to make notes and take care of payments/refunds. So we have to wait for the employees to go back and forth, sometimes looking for the things we want, ask first, look in big boxes, even if we don't buy them. I hope there will be automatic printing notes so that it is fast and not manual.
I hope the owner reads it. And it could be even better.
For the box, I'm lazy to exchange it, hopefully it can be a lesson.
