★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terkenal kacau (sudh bnyk yg kena ternyata), yg salah dia yg kena marah malah customer. Beli kardus box 100, tutupnya cuma 50. Pdahal minggu udh dipakai , mau tuker minggu tutup , tlfn/wa g aktif. Trus ditempat lain beli tutupny aj gak bisa, terpaksa beli box sama tutup lagi. Hari senin kesana lg beli plstik dll sekalian tuker tutup yg hilang eee ternyata gak bisa malh kena semprot, fix langsung kabur aj iklasin + g jadi beli, pdhl mau belnja banyak bgt wkwkw.
Beda dg toko lain masih bisa tuker" wlp yg salah pembeli. Gak masalh Rugi 50 tutup + 50 box tanpa tutup yg mau diapain, tp maslah etika.

Pelayanan judes sekali, tidak ramah, tidak bisa mengedukasi dg baik bagi saya pembeli awam , wajar kalau pembeli tanya tanya dlu.. Karna memang tidak tahu nama barang yg ingin di beli..
Jawaban yg sungguh fantastis terlontar dr pihak toko " Mase mau tanya doang atau beli? "
(entah owner/karyawan) cewek Cina pendek kacamata.
Atau mungkin karna penampilan saya terlihat kucel dan gembel... Jd mungkin pikirnya sy tidak mampu belanja.. Hehe.
Saya tetap doakan yg baik, Semoga toko ini lancar dan maju ... Pelayanan number 1 !!!

Very bitchy service, not friendly, can't educate well for me ordinary buyers, it's natural for buyers to ask questions first.. Because they don't know the name of the item they want to buy..
A really fantastic answer came from the shop "Would you like to just ask or buy?"
(either owner/employee) short Chinese girl with glasses.
Or maybe it's because I look unkempt and clumsy... So maybe I think I can't afford shopping.. Hehe.
I keep praying for the good, I hope this shop goes smoothly and progresses... Service number 1!!!
