The service is very friendly, the place is clean and it provides drinking water and a hand sanitizer, a place to wash hands ..

β β β β β Pelayanan pasca jual Maksindo sangat buruk & mengecewakan pelanggan.
Mesin giling daging sy rusak lalu diservis, namun hingga 1,5 bulan tidak dikabari ttg kerusakan & biaya servisnya, biaya servis & info kerusakan baru diberikan setelah sy mendesak pihak CS mrk, padahal sharusnya mrk yg pro aktif memberi info yg terbuka kpd pelanggan. Produksi/usaha makanan sy jd terganggu krn lambatnya penanganan & info yg simpang siur dr Maksindo. Biaya servis gulung dinamo sangat mahal & memberatkan pelanggan. Info kerusakan & harga servis pun tidak jelas. Pelayanan karyawannya jg tidak informatif & kurang responsif, serta tak faham produk yg mrk jual. Karyawan terkesan cuci tangan, sok tahu & melepas tanggungjawab kesalahan mrk dng banyak alasan yg dianggap biasa yg dibebankan kpd pelanggan & ironisnya mrk tidak meminta maaf atas pelayanan nya yg buruk.

Maksindo's post-sales service is very bad & disappointing to customers.
My meat grinding machine was damaged and then serviced, but for up to 1.5 months I was not informed about the damage & service fees, new service fees and damage information was given after I pressed the CS, even though the pro-active mrk should have been giving open information to customers. My food production / business has been disrupted due to the slow handling and confusing information from Dr. Maksindo. The cost of servicing dynamo rolls is very expensive & burdensome for customers. Damage info & service prices are not clear. Employee services are also uninformative & less responsive, and do not understand the products they are selling. Employees seem to wash their hands, know and take responsibility for their mistakes with many reasons that are considered normal, which are imposed on customers and ironically they don't apologize for their bad service.
Maksindo is disappointing & unprofessional

Beli mixer roti...tidak semua peralatan di display di toko ini tapi staff cukup ramah melayani. Kalau barang nggak ada, pesan dulu dari gudang di cakung. Nanti kalau sudah ada mereka telpon.

Buy a bread mixer...not all equipment is displayed in this shop but the staff is friendly enough to serve. If the goods are not available, order first from the warehouse in Cakung. Later when they were there they called.
