Telepon ke Maksindo Cakung awal2 di angkat, setelah saya telpon trus karna mesin tidak ada kejelasan, skrg saya tlpon sudah tidak di angkat lagi.
Sudah mau 2 Minggu, Tapi mesin tidak jelas kapan bisa selesai. Sudah 2 Mgg saya tidak bsa produksi bakmi untuk jualan. Saya rasa pasti banyak konsumen yang mengalami hal seperti ini.
Jika servis mesin, pegawai maksindo tidak akan memberi tahu estimasi. Datang ke toko, tidak boleh masuk.

The phone to Maksindo Cakung was picked up at first, after I called then because the machine was not clear, now my call is no longer being picked up.
It's been 2 weeks, but the machine is not clear when it can be finished. It's been 2 weeks I can't produce noodles for sale. I think there must be a lot of consumers who experience something like this.
If the machine is serviced, Maxindo's employees will not give an estimate. Come to the shop, can't enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Langganan gue nih, udah gak ke itung berapa kali belanja disini buat mesin2 makanan buat usaha pribadi maupun bisnis kantor tempat gue kerja. Harga sebanding lah sama kualitas. Gak murah juga gak mahal....plus nya ini toko adalah mereka tetap malayani tanya jawab kalo ada masalah barang yg kita beli walaupun garansi udah habis. Sales, mekanik, dan staff semua RAMAH. Apalagi yg namanya Bu Fenty...best lah.
My subscription is, haven't you counted how many times I shop here for food machines for my personal business or the office business where I work. Prices are comparable to quality. It's not cheap nor expensive .... the plus point of this shop is that they still serve questions and answers if there is a problem with the goods we buy even though the warranty is up. Sales, mechanics and staff are all FRIENDLY. Moreover, the name Mrs. Fenty ... the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya membeli oven gril tipe GR6 tanggal 24 November 2020 untuk usaha saya dan sangat kecewa dengan kualitas Oven dan service dari Maksindo Cakung.
Oven ini mulai beroprasi pada tanggal 3 Desember dan mengalami kerusakan awalnya pada tanggal 26 Desember dan kita rekan saya mencoba contact namun tidak di hiraukan. akhirnya saya kontak sendiri dan disarankan membesarkan Gas untuk mengatasi api tidak stabil dan bunyi.
Pada Tanggal 4 Januari Oven Meledak dan langsung kita bawa ke Maksindo. Setiap hari kita follow up dan selalu alasanya banyak mulai sparepart, ganti kabel dll sampai lebih 2 minggu.
Tgl 17 Saya dikirim billing untuk melakukan pembayaran. saya minta garansi karena itu belum ada 1 bulan sudah rusak namun tidak dihiraukan. telp tidak diangkat dan WA tidak dibalas.
Tgl 19 Kesabaran saya habis saya datangi Maksindo Cakung dan oven dicoba masih belum benar. terakhir tukang servicenya bilang sudah benar padahal menurut saya masih belum, benar dan saya harus membayar service agar oven bisa keluar.
Tgl 19 Malam saya coba untuk panggang ayam ovennya masih rusak.
Saya hubungin lagi Maksindo agar mau bertanggung jawab atas oven saya yang CACAT PRODUKSI agar didapat DIGANTI BARU atau KEMBALIKAN UANG SAYA.

I bought an oven grill type GR6 on 24 November 2020 to my business and was very disappointed with the quality and service of Maksindo Oven Cakung.
This oven began operate on December 3, and the damage initially on 26 December and we tried to contact my colleagues but not be left off. finally my own contacts and suggested raising gas to overcome the unstable fire and sound.
On January 4 directly Oven Explodes and we bring to Maksindo. Every day we follow up and always the reason many began to spare, replace cables etc. up to 2 weeks.
17 I sent the billing date to make payment. I ask that there is no warranty for 1 month was faulty but ignored. phone is not lifted and WA are not rewarded.
19th of my patience runs out I go Maksindo Cakung and oven still not properly tested. Last artisan servicenya said it was true when I think still have not, really, and I have to pay the service so that the oven can get out.
Date 19 hours I try to roast chicken oven was broken.
I hubungin again Maksindo to want to be responsible for my oven DISABLED REPLACED NEW PRODUCTION order to obtain or RESTORE MY MONEY.
I hope maksindo accountable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once made an appointment with a customer service here to meet and see the machine that I’m interested in. Everything was set and I drove my car the next day from Jakarta to this place. When arrived and asked the CS about the machine, they said it was sold out (amazingly sold out even though I have contacted them the day before and they confirmed the readiness).
I have wasted my time for coming here. They were useless.
