★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya kecewa dan menyesal membeli di toko emas ini. pelayanan yg di berikan oleh pegawainya (laki laki, putih, tinggi pada tgl 3 maret 2021 memakai baju cokelat) sangat sangat tidak sopan. dia menunjukan kalung yg saya jual ada yg akan putus lagi, dan saya menjawab "maaf gak keliatan" (mata saya minus) dan dia menjawab "KENAPA NGOMONG KALO GAK LIAT" saya kaget banget dengan jawabannya padahal saya gak ngomong apapun karena dia berbicara sama ibu saya sebelumnya.
padahal ketika saya telfon, suara yg terima perempuan yg terima telfon lebih sopan.
tolong di perhatikan kembali pegawainya, thank you.
