I found a scratch on my ring and they knew about this but didn’t let me know before I noticed it myself. And even after I pointed it out to them, they said it’s normal. No remorseful face or any apology whatsoever. I already fully paid my ring in advance so I asked for a discount because of the defect, they say they can’t give me a discount. That’s what I called a bad service.
