★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru kali ini beli perhiasan bukan 24k pas jual ada suratnya dan jelas² beli disini tapi dibilang ngikutin harga sekarang lalu utk apa dibuatin surat kalo rugi hampir sejutaan, kalo mau jual aja ga perlu ditambahin jual&beli, merugikan orang..dimana² kalo jual potongan per gram masih ok sesuai surat...kalo sampe hampir rugi setengahnya untuk apa invest emas..mengecewakan
This is the first time I bought jewelry instead of 24k. When I sold it, there was a letter and it was clear that I bought it here, but it was said to follow the current price, then why write a letter if you lose almost a million, if you want to sell, you don't need to add buying & selling, it's detrimental to people... everywhere if you sell pieces per gram, it's still ok according to the letter ... if you almost lose half what do you invest in gold ... disappointing

Pada saat mau menukar barang dengan model lain ternyata ukuran nya tdk ada yg cocok, jd terpaksa 1 barang ditukar menjadi 3 barang (dengan gram yg lebih kecil). Ternyata ada potongan sekitar 1,7 jt untuk ketiga brg tersebut. Padahal saya dr awal memimta tukar dengan ukuran gram yg sama, dan tidak ada sama sekali informasi bhwa ada potongan sebesar itu hanya untuk penukaran barang.
Transparency in the beginning would be better to maintain reputation.
When I wanted to exchange an item with another model, it turned out that the size didn't match, so I had to exchange 1 item into 3 items (with smaller grams). It turned out that there was a discount of around 1.7 million for these three items. Even though I asked for an exchange from the beginning with the same gram size, and there was no information at all that there was a discount of that size only for exchanging goods.
