Don't buy here. The service is not great!! It's different from the one in ITC Depok. Arrogant, still the waiter is arrogant, how about being given the one who owns the shop. hih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emang cuma disini beli emas yg layaninya sangat amat tidak memuaskan. Nyesel bgt dan kapok ke toko mas ini. (Ini ke dua kali sy kesini) Dari dateng di cuekin cukup lama. Nyamperin salah satu pelayan malah ditinggal trus sibuk nempel pelayan lain yg lagi ngelayanin (cewe) sy dtg ke pelayan lain (cowo) juga trus ditinggalin. Puncaknya dpt pelayan lagi (cowo ada rambut kuning) lah brg yg ditaksir malah dikasih ke cust lain, sangat kesal sekali.. Sy tanya model lain/ kadar mas lain bukanya kasi solusi malah bilang brg gada lagi cuma itu aja..sy malah disuruh ke toko mas itc.. Niat hati mau tuker tambah jd saya jual aja. Gak mau beli disini lagi. Thats so bad experience. Terkesan memilih pelanggan. Padahal sy dtg utk beli jadi sy jual. Masi banyak tokomas betebaran di depok. Kasian sm ownernya kalo terus dipertahankan petugas sprti itu, tokonya bisa jadi sepi.
It's just here to buy gold whose service is very, very unsatisfactory. I'm so sorry and have given up on this shop. (This is the second time I've been here) I've been ignored for a long time. Arriving at one of the waiters, he was left behind and then busy attaching another waiter who was serving (girl) I came to another waiter (boy) and left. The climax was getting another waitress (a guy with yellow hair) and the estimated item was even given to another customer, very annoyed.. I asked for another model/another level, instead of giving me a solution, I said that the item was gada again, that's all.. I was told to go to mas itc shop.. I want to exchange more so I just sell it. I don't want to buy here anymore. Thats so bad experience. Impressed to choose customers. Even though I came to buy it so I sold it. There are still many shops scattered in Depok. I'm sorry for the owner, if you continue to maintain officers like that, the shop can be deserted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak sesuai rating nya, and pelayanannya gak sesuai yang di nyatakan biasa aja kok malah mbk" sma mas" nya ramah mungkin emang moddian aja kali belum tentu semua orang sma, alhamdulillah sih gak se bad yang diulas anyways semua orang punya penilaian sendiri tapi gak semua orang bisa menilai orang atau suatu opini dengan baik, thank guys be a smart people?
It doesn't match the rating, and the service doesn't match what it says it's normal, how come even the "high school mas" is friendly, maybe it's just moddian, sometimes not everyone is the same, thank God, it's not as bad as the reviews, anyways, everyone has their own opinion but not everyone people can judge people or an opinion well, thank you guys be a smart people?

FIrst time dtg, lgsg disamperin sih am mba/mas nya. Nanya2 dilayanin, cuma krena model blm fix jadi masih bimbang. Sampe akhirnya balik lagi n buat jadiin PO.
Utk pelayanan standar lah ya, cuma ya emang rada jutek sih bos nya. Mgkn krna kita baru prtama n awalnya ga jdi pesen/beli.

This is my honest review yah...
The first time is coming, I'm coming right away, Ms./Mas. Inquiries are served, only because the model hasn't been fixed yet, so I'm still in doubt. Until finally I came back and made a PO.
For standard service, yes, it's just that the boss is a bit cheesy. Maybe it's because we're just the first time, so we didn't order/buy at first.
They can't give you a disc.
