★ ★ ★ ★ ★ toko elektronik dengan pelayanan terburuk yang pernah saya kunjungi. saya membeli ac dari seminggu lalu dengan lengkap peralatan dan jasa pemasangan, AC sudah diantar di rumah saya sehari setelah pembayaran, tetapi jasa pemasangan tidak pernah datang ke rumah saya sampai saya menulis ini. Saya sudah memberikan janji utk datang jam 12 di hari jumat sejak dari hari rabu, tetapi ternyata di hari jumat jam 12 tidak ada satupun tukang yang datang. Kemudian dibilang setelah jam makan siang. oke saya tunggu, tapi sampai jam 3 tidak ada yang satupun yang datang ke rumah saya. saya telepon ke tokonya dan mereka bilang bahwa teknisi tidak bisa dikabari. Sampai jam 5 baru dibilang bahwa teknisi sudah jalan menuju rumah. Saya mau pergi di jam 6 sedangkan pemasangan ac memakan waktu 2 jam. Kemudian saya tidak mau dan diganti hari Sabtu saja, tetapi katanya Full appointment. Yasudah saya tunggu sampai hari senin (hari ini) untuk pemasangan jam 10. Tetapi sampai sekarang, jam 11.42 tidak ada teknisi yang datang ke rumah saya. Beli AC murah hanya sedikit, tapi memakan waktu banyak, saran saya mending langsung beli di toko elektronik yang ada di mall, lebih terjamin pelayanannya, terimakasih
the electronics shop with the worst service I've ever visited. I bought an ac from a week ago with complete equipment and installation services, the air conditioner was delivered at my home the day after payment, but the installation service never came to my house until I wrote this. I have given an appointment to come at 12 on Friday from Wednesday, but apparently on Friday at 12 no one came. Then say after lunch. OK I'll wait, but until 3:00 no one came to my house.
