Namun tolong staff nya lebih diperhatikan tutur bahasanya agar tidak terlalu berlebihan panggil “say/cin” ke customer yang sudah sering datang ke toko kharisma terutama yang laki-laki?
Mas/Mba/Sis/Gan/Kak aja kayaknya sudah cukup sopan dan akrab gak perlu yang berlebihan?
