★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya nggak bagus sama sekali, minta kertas linen putih aja malah bilang "nggak tau stocknya ada atau nggak", tidak langsung dicheck atau diambilkan, tidak ramah, pelayan tidak punya etika seorang customer service, ditanya harga malah tidak dijawab, lebih memilih ngobrol dengan rekan kerjanya
The service is not good at all, just asking for white linen paper instead says "do not know the stock is there or not", not immediately checked or taken, not friendly, the waiter does not have the ethics of a customer service, asked price instead of being answered, preferring to chat with colleagues it works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tokonya komplit kertas kadonya bagus bagus, udah beberapa kali kesana.
Pegawainya ada yang ramah ada juga satu yang galakk bgt :'( baru tanya sekali jawabannya udah ngegas dan jawabnya pake bahasa jawa gituu. Tapi pegawai lainnya baik baik semuaa, cuma satu orang aja yang kayak kurang menghargai pembeli :)
The shop is complete with wrapping paper and it's good, I've been there several times.
Some of the employees are friendly, there is also one who is very grumpy :'( I just asked once the answer is loud and the answer is in Javanese. But the other employees are all good, only one person doesn't seem to respect the buyer :)

Dulu ketika masih sering buat pop up box sering belanja kebutuhan crafting disini, tp sekarang sudah jarang buat dan kemarin mampir cuma beli kertas kado
Kertas kado lumayan lengkap pilihan warna dan varian dari yang kecil sampai yang 1m ada
Pelayanan cukup ramah, proses pengemasan juga tergolong cepat dan rapi
A little review for Papyrus Paper Shop & ATK
In the past, when I used to make pop up boxes, I often shopped for crafting needs here, but now I rarely make them and yesterday I stopped by to just buy wrapping paper
Gift paper is quite complete with color choices and variants from small to 1m available
The service is quite friendly, the packaging process is also quite fast and neat
