The product is okay. But the seller is only selling without knowing the update of the goods being sold. Its product knowledge is very lacking and only "sells".

Cerita berawal saya beli hp iphone 8+ second di new store tangcity
Ternyata speaker pecah dan saya balik lagi ke store minta refund, penjual tidak mau refund dan beralasan ios telah diupdate dan suara jadi rusak,mereka kemudian memeriksa hp tsb dan dibawa entah kemana saya ingin ikut melihat hp saya diperiksa ternyata daleman hardware speakernya diganti dengan yg palsu. Dan mereka tidak jujur bilangnya hardwarenya tidak diganti melainkan hanya software yg diganti. Jadiin pelajaran bersama aja

My first story is buying an iphone 8+ second in the new store tangcity
It turned out that the speaker broke and I returned to the store asking for a refund, the seller did not want to refund and reasoned iOS was updated and the sound was broken, they then checked the cellphone and where I wanted to see my cellphone checked it turned out that the speaker hardware was replaced with a fake one . And they are not honest saying the hardware is not replaced but only the software is replaced. Just study together

-Batre bkn ori nge drop mampus dr 99% ke 90% kurang 1 minggu
-Hp suka restart klo lg kumat
-Susah ngangkat cas klo lg kumat
-LCD agak berbayang klo play video
-Batre sepertinya curah
-Adaptor meleleh
-Dus sepertinya palsu
Sales sotoy bilang barang ex display amerika, pas gw cek dr zp/a hongkong, langsung gw tegur kasih tau dan doi cuma diem seribu bahasa :D
Mau klaim servis bisa sampe bulanan dan itu setelah di servis ngga tau jd bener apa sama aja, gw tanya servisnya emg dmn? Jawabnya ngga tau :D

Not used for 4 months, minus:
-Battery is not original, it drops dead from 99% to 90% in less than 1 week
-Hp likes to restart when it's recurring
-It's hard to pick up the cas when it's reoccurring
-LCD is a bit shaded when playing video
-Battery seems drained
-Adapter melt
-So it looks fake
Sales Sotoy said that the goods were ex American displays, when I checked from Hong Kong, I immediately told them to tell you and they just kept silent for a thousand languages :D
Do you want to claim the service can be up to a month and after it's been serviced, I don't know if it's true or not, I asked where is the service? The answer is I don't know :D
