1. Nomor telepon tidak bisa dihubungi
2. Service sudah selesai namun konsumen tidak dihubungi (padahal sudah janji)
3. Katanya barang sudha selesai dan bisa diambil, namun ternyata disuruh nunggu 3 jam lagi
 Unprofessional:
1. The telephone number cannot be contacted
2. Service has been completed but consumers are not contacted (even though they have promised)
3. He said that the item was finished and could be taken, but apparently told to wait 3 more hours

The location is on the 6th floor of ITC Cempaka mas, the service is satisfying, there are various kinds of Asus laptops available, now specifically for this shop it is not mixed with other brands, with 2 years warranty, only Asus like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asli ga recomend bgt service centernya, beli bulan feb 2018 sekarang mei 2018 udh begitu, emng pas waktu itu mau cek engsel tapi selesai habis kesitu malahan kena masalah begini, gokil anjir ga habis pikir sia sia.. mending lo gausah dateng kesini, kecewa gue!!
The original doesn't recommend the service center, bought in February 2018, now May 2018, that's how it was, at that time I wanted to check the hinge but it was over there I got into a problem like this, I didn't think it was a waste ... better you don't have to come here, I'm disappointed !!
