★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please stay away from this shop. The chance of getting your stuff correctly is like a gamble in casino. When you wish for their customer service that graduated from the communication or marketing major, instead you will be getting a person that seems like doesn't even graduate from primary school (The worst part is we are communicating in his/her native language). Constantly repeating that they will do a follow up which they never did (not even once) and they are closing it with "We are actually just waiting for your call to process it". Omg, I just gave up. Stay away if you don't want your most precious valentine day ruined by them on the top of frustration of their communcation.

I was kept updated from the production process all the way to delivery. They send pictures before and after delivery, which helps allay my concern with flower delivery services because you cannot usually see the product. Thank you.
