The after sales service is very bad, and the staff are not professional.
The unit we bought has sensory faults, and we have a very hard time in getting a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ System offline...so i can not cancel registration....and other place suggested is so far. Not professional for cancellation process. Government regulation and provider policy are suck.
If cancellation must be present at the place, why the process can not be in quee if system shutdown ? They can not think about this problem, really ?

Thats why i come here, their staff are super friendly.
Others than that. Theres nothing much to say.
You may call them to check anything related to BOSE.
They also have like a small studio for test the audio equipment you like to purchase.
Anyway they are at ground floor....
