★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Namanya Klik Bangunan tapi pelayanannya jauh dari respon yg cepat dan akurat. Saya punya pengalaman beberapa kali belanja Online melalui WA app, awal2 bagus tapi makin ke sini pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan. Dari mulai kasih list Order hingga closed order butuh waktu hampir 1 jam, jadi ini kah yg di sebut "Klik Bangunan", mestinya kalo pakai nama "klik" segalanya mudah dan cepat pelayanannya. Terlebih setelah order barang salah lagi yg dikirim tidak seperti yg di tawarkan padahal CS mengatakan ada barangnya. Setelah dikomplain keesokan nya CS mengatakan kalo itu dia gak tau dan bagian lain.. yg namanya 1 nomor WA mestinya gak bisa lempar2 kesalahan ke yg lain. Mestinya bertanggung jawab. Jadi belanja di sini dengan WA online sangat menyita Waktu dan sangat tidak efektif.
The name is Klik Building but the service is far from a fast and accurate response. I have experienced online shopping several times through the WA app, it was good at first but now the service is very unsatisfactory. From starting to give a list of orders to closed orders, it took almost 1 hour, so this is what is called "Clik Building", if you use the name "click" everything is easy and fast. Especially after ordering the wrong item again, the item that was sent was not as offered even though CS said there was the item. After complaining the next day, CS said that he didn't know and the other part... whose name is 1 WA number shouldn't be able to pass the blame on to the others. Should be responsible. So shopping here with WA online is very time-consuming and very ineffective.
