Toko Kimia ini biasa jadi langganan saat butuh KAPORIT untuk penjernih.
Kondisi toko kurang terawat tapi, secara fisik masih kokoh.
Biasa ada 2 pelayan pria yang standby dengan standar pelayanan yang alakadarnya, tapi masih oke.
Respon pelayanan lumayan cepat
pada hari Sabtu buka sampai Jam 16.00 WIB (menurut informasi dari pelayan toko), Hari minggu tutup (berdasarkan pengalaman yang pernah dialami)
Menjadi solusi saat memerlukan bahan kimia karena jarangnya toko sejenis.
Bersebelahan dengan Warung Padang.
Parkiran motor gratis (berdasarkan pengalaman). Ada tukang parkir selalu standby, sepertinya tukang parkir dari Warung Padang.
