Yang aku cobain:
- SHORT RIBS SANDWICH
Sandwichnya bukan sandwich biasa nih, rotinya menggunakan Panini Bread yang bisa dipilih varian rasanya, untuk rotinya aku pilih Panini Parmesan, rotinya empuk dengan gurihnya parmesan membungkus short ribsnya yang empuk dengan saus BBQ yang enak!
- BROWN SUGAR LATTE
Buat minumnya aku cobain yang Brown Sugar Latte yang less sugar, jadinya manisnya pas dengan kopinya yang cukup strong, seger banget deh!
There is a new cafe in the grogol area, the name is TO THE BONE CAFE, I happen to like the song to the bone again, eh there is an auto cafe, I'm curious, I want to try it too

What I tried:
- SHORT RIBS SANDWICH
The sandwich is not an ordinary sandwich, the bread uses Panini Bread which can be selected for the flavor variant, for the bread I choose Panini Parmesan, the bread is soft with savory parmesan wraps the soft short ribs with delicious BBQ sauce!
- BROWN SUGAR LATTE
For drinking, I tried the Brown Sugar Latte which is less sugar, so the sweetness matches the coffee which is quite strong, it's really fresh!

Eh tapii, sebelom makan mah tulangnya ya dicabut dulh atuh ?.
Nyabutnya super gampang karena mereka uda mikirin dr segi packaging sampai eksekusi makanannya dengan sangat baik.
Roti sandwichnya bukan roti biasa tapi mereka pake panini!
Ada 4 macam varian panini genks.
Original, parmesan, black sesame seed, multiseed.
Untuk pilihan daging ada short ribs dan chicken.
Ini gue icip yang short ribs with panini black sesame seed (80k)
Dagingnya berlimpah. Sausnya super tasty, tesktur panini yang empuk tapi chewy dan kres kres dari lettuce. Asli bikin makannya gak pengen berhenti!
Terus gue juga pesen kopi untuk setelah makan. Ngupi2 dulu lah. Gue pilih brown sugar latte (18k).
Rasa kopinya strong dan creamy nya juga dapet. Excelent !

Eating a sandwich with Short Ribs? Still there is a bone, then?
Eh tapii, before eating, the bones are pulled out first ?.
It is super easy because they have thought from the packaging to the execution of the food very well.
The sandwiches are not ordinary bread but they use panini!
There are 4 kinds of panini genks variants.
Original, parmesan, black sesame seed, multiseed.
For meat choices, there are short ribs and chicken.
This is my tasting which is short ribs with panini black sesame seed (80k)
The meat is plentiful. The sauce is super tasty, the panini texture is soft but chewy and crisps from lettuce. Asli makes eating you don't want to stop!
Then I also order coffee for after eating. Ngupi2 first. I chose brown sugar latte (18k).
The coffee taste is strong and creamy too. Excelent!

disini aku coba yg short ribs panini sandwich, beef nya empuk dan ada tulang ditengah, tapi tulangnya gampang ditarik, panini nya dibungkus aliminium foil, dan di bungkus di box lagi, jadi gak berantakan.
aku cobain kopi gula arennya juga, rasa kopi dan gula arennya enak pas banget.

Untuk menu yang tersedia ada 2, yakni Short Ribs (IDR 80k) & Chicken (IDR 55k). Rotinya pun freshly baked dari Origin Bakery. Pilihan roti panininya ada original, black sesame seed, multiseed, foccacia & parmesan.
Selain itu di sini juga menjual side dish berupa french fries. Sedangkan untuk minumannya ada menu caffeine dan non caffeine.
Aku mencoba :
1. Short Ribs Panini (IDR 80k)
Aku mencoba short ribs panini dengan multiseed. Rotimya padat, namun nggak alot sama sekali dengan biji-bijian yang kaya serat dan sehat.
Yang aku suka dari restoran ini, penyajian makanan sangat higienis. Semua waiternya bermasker dan menggunakan sarung tangan.
Untuk cara memakan ribs sandwichnya, pertama ditarik dulu sandwichnya, kemudian digigit dari samping.
Potongan ribsnya cukup banyak dan empuk. Aromanya sedikit smokey. Selain itu sausnya juga gurih dan sayur yang digunakan juga segar. Menurutku ini worth it dibanding harganya.
2. Brown Sugar Latte (IDR 18k)
Untuk kopinya bisa milih mau normal atau less sugar. Berhubung aku kurang suka manis, aku memilih less sugar.
Minuman ini merupakan perpaduan kopi hitam, susu dan brown sugar yang pas. Brown sugarnya nggak terlalu manis, tapi tetap terasa rasa brown sugarnya.
Kopimya juga nggak terlalu dominan susunya sehingga nggak meninggalkan after taste kesat.
To The Bone is a new cafe operating in the Grogol area. Here also provides a seating area on the outside.

1. Short Ribs Panini (IDR 80k)
I tried the panini with multiseed short ribs. The bread is dense, but not tough at all, with whole grains that are rich in fiber and healthy.
What I like about this restaurant, the food presentation is very hygienic. All waiters have masks and wear gloves.
For how to eat the ribs sandwich, first pull the sandwich out, then bite it from the side.
The ribs are quite a lot and tender. The aroma is a little smokey. Besides that, the sauce is also tasty and the vegetables used are also fresh. I think it's worth it compared to the price.
2. Brown Sugar Latte (IDR 18k)
For coffee, you can choose between normal or less sugar. Since I don't like sweet, I chose less sugar.
This drink is a perfect blend of black coffee, milk and brown sugar. The brown sugars aren't too sweet, but they still taste the brown sugars.
The coffee is also not too dominant in milk so it doesn't leave a rough after-taste.
