Di sini ngga jual amplop. Mereka bisa kasih amplop, tapi kalo amplop yg padded (ada bubble-nya) ngga ada. Kode pos akan mereka cek dulu, making sure paket kita beneran bisa sampai. Dokumen/ kardus box akan dibungkus plastik lagi sebelum dikirim. Okelah.
Just get close at the gate and open the security. Open from 8-8pm.
We don't sell envelopes here. They can give you an envelope, but if the envelope is padded (has a bubble) it doesn't exist. They will check the zip code first, making sure our package will actually arrive. Documents / cardboard boxes will be wrapped in plastic again before sending. Okay.

Sumpah jangan pakai TNT. Pelayanan lama sekali. Sampai saya kehilangan customer karena barang import, TNT lama respon. Padahal barang sudah dikirim udah sampai kantor TNT Meruya. Cuma invoice ga dibuat2.
Tidak akan kirim invoice pajak barang kalau tidak sy telfon, saya kumpulkan semua bukti.
Ditelfon, dipush, baru kirim invoice pajak barang. Pas mau ganti alamat juga, udah info ke customer service Dan udah email, pas sama bagian operational nya di email invoice pajak, masih ga tau kalau ada ganti alamat.
Berati customer service tidak menyampaikan info penggantian alamat. Buat apa ada customer service kalau begitu?
Ga nyambung ngomong sama customer service Dan operational tnt . Malah memperlama pekerjaan.

I swear don't use TNT. Very long service. Until I lost a customer because of imported goods, TNT took a long time to respond. Even though the goods have been sent to the Meruya TNT office. Only invoices aren't made.
Will not send goods tax invoice if I don't call, I collect all the evidence.
Called, dipushed, then sent goods tax invoice. When I want to change the address as well, I already have information to the customer service
Means customer service does not submit address change info. Why is there customer service then?
Not connected with customer service and operational TNT. In fact, prolong work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebih baik pakai jasa kirim sebelah karena pelayanannya sangaaatttttttt laaaammaaaaaaaaaaaa. Paket ngga dikirim, invoice ngga dikirim, CS ditelepon cuman bilang nanti diinfoin. Total seminggu lebih nunggu paket dateng (hampir 2 minggu kayanya). Kalo ngga ditelepon kayanya bakal mendep aja itu paket ngga keluar
It's better to use a delivery service next door because the service is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood. The package wasn't sent, the invoice wasn't sent, the CS was called, just said they'd be informed later. A total of more than a week waiting for the package to arrive (almost 2 weeks). If you don't get a call, it looks like you'll just stay, the package won't come out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang import di diamkan saja lama banget prosesnya padahal sudah release dari Cukai. Nomor telepon yang tertera disini tidak bisa di hubungi, dan nomor pusat pun susah sekali nyambungnya. Kalau ga di tanyakan, barang kita di diamkan saja sama mereka tanpa pemberitahuan.
