★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket sudah sampai Jakarta. Sebulan lebih barang belum juga sampai tujuan. Tidak ada kejelasan dari pihak tnt. Mudah2an tidak terjadi pada anda2.
 The package has arrived in Jakarta. More than a month the goods had not yet arrived at their destination. There is no clarity from the TNT side. I hope it doesn't happen to you.

I sent it via air TNT, it's been more than 2 weeks I want to go in 3 weeks haven't arrived yet.... while the product I sent by sea has arrived.... not really recommend it.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di tracking keterangannya menunggu pembayaran bea cuka, sedang menghubungi penerima. Tapi ga ada telpon tuh dari paket sampe jakarta selasa minggu lalu. Akhirnya gw yg tlpn tapi ga ada yang angkat.???
In tracking the statement, waiting for payment of customs duty, is contacting the recipient. But there was no phone call from the package until Jakarta on Tuesday last week. Finally I called but no one answered. '

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedih banget di kirimin paket satu pasang sepatu dari malaysia menggunakan jasa FedEx untuk sekolah anak, padahal dari FedEx sudah lengkap dokumen pajak semua, sampai di Indonesia, dimintain pajak lagi yg nggak masuk akal, harga sepatu nya nggak seberapa, kata nya mau di ambil sama negara, hallow negara mana ya yang mau ambil 1 pasang sepatu aja, buat anak sekolah dan kurang beruntung anak nya,ngeriiii, kapok pakai jasa beginian kata orang malaysia nya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever experienced. Paid an equivalent of 100usd tax duties for a 7 usd (+25 cif)/135 MYR garage sale film camera. Support was not helpful at all with the investigation. I did all the heavy lifting to figure put what the frick happened. Then finally yesterday, I got them to confess that they dropped the declared value and decided to replace an arbitrary but much larger value of 425 usd. Amazing. When I tried to ask them how they came up with this value, they just said the clearance team and customs team agreed on it. I mean...I thought Philippines customs was bad..but this is worse. They can't explain more how they arrived at 425 usd. My item was stuck in their Jakarta warehouse since December 12, 2021. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. You are a heartless company.
P.S. they haven't even delivered it yet even after I settled payment yesterday. They said they will deliver on Monday...no urgency at all!
P.P.S. they said they tried to contact me before deciding on the bloated import duty but then they showed the number they allegedly called and it's obviously so invalid/fake and not my number. They could have emailed since the email is correct and they have the information. Frickin inutile of a company.
