★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telpon tidak pernah bisa di hubungi, info tidak pernah jelas, macet arah puncak ke bogor parah merana padahal info di IG one way dari jam 11.30
Phones can never be contacted, information is never clear, traffic jams from the peak to Bogor are badly languishing even though the info on IG is one way from 11.30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11 Sept 2021 Pukul 13.48 Wib.. Sudah Pakai Pola Genap Ganjil masih pula buka Tutup. Kami di dalam mobil dari Pukul 12.30. apa benar jalur ke Puncak di Buka Pukul 18.00 ? Mohon petunjuk dan arahannya ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak pernah diangkat sulit kalau gak dibut gak nyambung no gangguan ,, Mhn kalau buat aturan Jalur tutup buka yg jrlas jgn kalau ada org oenting pakai kawalan jalur berubah semua , perhatikan juga orang yg hamil, sdh tua dan sedang tdk fit yg ada di dalam mobil pakkk bkn hanya anak muda , Aturan n jam Jelas lah jd org bisa perkirakan dan malah gak macet kok tiap buka aturan jadinya macet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah mau 4 jam ga dibuka2, bilangnya ganjil genap. Skrg diganti one way, ga konsisten bgt. Telp semua ga ada yg angkat, dikira orang ga ada planning tersendiri ya. Bagus sekali pelayanan masyarakat nya?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget karna jalur dari puncak ke Jakarta ditutup. Saya tertahan di Cisarua arah Jakarta dari jam 12 siang sampai ini jam 8 malam belum dibuka juga dengan alasan yang ga jelas. Bawa orang tua dan anak kecil. Sudah berulang kali konfirm ke petugas di janjikan 30 menit akan dibuka tapi hampa. Huft. Semoga bapak2 petugas di berikan keberkahan dari Allah SWT. Aamiin
Very disappointed because the route from the summit to Jakarta was closed. I was stuck in Cisarua towards Jakarta from 12 noon until 8 pm it has not been opened yet for unknown reasons. Bring parents and small children. It has been repeatedly confirmed to the officer that he was promised 30 minutes to open but it was empty. Huh. May the officers be given blessings from Allah SWT. Amen
