Terdapat lab pertanian dan peternakan yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa. Fasilitas di sini masih terus dalam tahap pengembangan. Tiap tahun siswanya terus bertambah.

Yang terdapat pondoknya baru yang smp, lokasi mudah di cari karena di pinggir jalan, buat belajar suasananya mendukung karena udara yang sejuk, fasilitas bagus, asatidz yang ramah2, sering di jadikam tempat PPL untuk Mahasiswa/i UNSIQ. Untuk PAUD.nya sistem pembelajarannya bagus, keunggulan dari PAUD al madina yang membedakan dengan PAUD yang lain adalah di kealmadinaannya, juga di PAUD al madina sudah menerapkan 9 pilar karakter, dimana di wonosobo sendiri baru beberapa sekolah yang menerapkannya.
