Dari tgl 29 agustus 2018 s.d 06 september 2018 air pam disaat jam2 aktivitas tidak menetes sedikit pun. Hanya menyala dr jam 00.00 keatas sampai pkl 05.00 pagi (waktu yg sgt tdk efektif & tdk lazim..skrg utk apa berlangganan PAM tp selalu merepotkan tengah mlm harus bangun isi2 air). Berulang ulang kali di tlp selalu bilang akan dicek tp tdk pernah ada konfirmasi lagi atau ada petugas datang kerumah.! Setiap hari di tlp As info pegawai yg angkat tlp ada pipa pecah di lokasi sini, di lokasi sana. Apa setiap hari selalu ada pipa yang pecah & diperbaiki?
Sehingga kepuasan pelanggan diabaikan????
Sudah 9 hari air dr pagi s.d tngh mlm ga menetes sedikitpun.bukan wktu 1-2 hari loh ini.
Kalau sprti ini pelayanannya. Lantas dimana kepuasan pelanggan bisa didapatkan?
Krn sepertinya pengaduan yg sdh berulang-ulang tdk ada tanggapan baik.

From August 29, 2018 to September 6, 2018, tap water when the hours of activity did not drip at all. It only lights up from 00.00 onwards until 05.00 in the morning (a time that is very ineffective and unusual ... now for what to subscribe to PAM but always a hassle in the middle of mlm having to wake up with water) Repeatedly on the phone always said that they would be checked but there was never any more confirmation or an officer came to the house.! Every day on the phone As information on the employee who lifted the phone there was a broken pipe at this location, at that location. Is there a pipe that breaks & is repaired every day?
So that customer satisfaction is ignored ????
It's been 9 days the water from morning to mlm hasn't dripped at all. It's not time for 1-2 days.
If this is the service. So where can customer satisfaction be found?
Because it seems that complaints that have been repeated don't have a good response.

- Seringkali beberapa hari air tidak mengalir sama sekali tanpa pernah ada pengumuman/pemberitahuan ke konsumen
- Tap water often turns off during productive hours, only flows in the afternoon / evening
- Often several days the water does not flow at all without an announcement / notification to the consumer
