yuhuuu. Deal bersih buat naik cetak tanggal 9 September. Jadi ditanggal 9 Oktober. Semua lengkap, bagus, dilebihin lagi. Makasiiih Pak yanto, mas baginda, dan team Tifa Grafika semuanya. Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan. Oh iya saya cetak disini ditawarin paket wedding dari wafis. Dan, tidak mengecewakan

Dude, sorry I have to say this. Kalau ditawarin paket dari catering apapun yg kerja sama dengan tifa, just think twice. Coba liat liat di pasar tebet aja deh dengan variasi harga dan pilihan tempat yg terjangkau dan accessable. Beberapa kekecewaan saya: 1. Pesan dari bulan awal april, dijanjikan cetak sudah bisa diambil 12 Juli. Karena saya kerja baru bisa diambil sabtu atau minggu dong ya.. eh minggu dia tutup. Dan saya coba pick up minggu depannya di tanggal 21 Juli- Sabtu, pas dateng jauh jauh terus zonk dong, dari total 500pcs undangan baru kecetak 420pcs. 80 nya dibilang dikirim gojek aja karena belum siap. What?? padahal udah lebih dari 10 hari janji awal dan dia bilang belum kelar?. dan saya nunggu gojek sampe semingguan, taunya dia GA KIRIM PAKAI GOSEND,, malah pakai JNT! Ga dikardusin pula, cuma diwrap plastik tipis biasa! ekspedisi macem gini pastilah penyot2 ga karuan. Akhirnya molor sampai di tangan tgl 28 Juli - untuk acara tgl 11 Agustus. Asli emosi, tp udah capek nyamperin ke sana. 2. Suuuusaaaah banget dikontak! Dikasih kartu nama ada 3 CP, mau ditelfon yang mana pun akan susah banget diangkat. Masa iya harus disamper cuma buat nanya, sudah siap di pick belum mas? keki banget ? 3. Tidak transparan, baru sadar kayak main harga. Kenapa bisa gitu? karena harga tidak konsisten. Pas awal dibilang harga dengan model X harganya 7000, pas sampe mas yang desain jadi 8000, dan setelah mau acc desain seminggu kemudian naik 9000. Alasannya dari dulu harganya 9000, ya kenapa ga dibilang dari awal?? Ga abis pikir, maaf suudzon tapi kayaknya dinaikin karena toh dia dapet potongan dr pihak catering jd bisa ditagih seenaknya. Dan iseng cek di Pasar Tebet, Yaalloh, dengan model yg mirip bahkan lebih bagus (bukan yang 1 card board) harganya cuma 7000. Nyesel ga ngecek dulu ? Tau gitu undangan lepasan saja, dan bisa dialihkan ke makanan. 4. Di luar pelayanan yang tidak memuaskan, hasil akhir juga mengecewakan. Lem tidak merata, banyak yang penyot sana sini, warna juga berbeda, seperti hasil reject tapi karena saya (harus) bawel, jadi dikirim seadanya. Pas ditanya, mas kenapa warnanya beda2 gini?? dijawabnya β€œKalau percetakan pasti ada bedanya mbak” - really, i dont care, like what the hell? ga ada quality control kah? gue udah nunggu lama kok dikasih barang reject? 5. Ga dikasih e-invitation, harus minta berkali2. Mau ngontak aja orangnya susah banget baru dikirim 2 hari kemudian by email. Jangan pernah mencoba membuat undangan di sini. Tifagrafika adalah 1 diantara beberapa vendor percetakan yang di sodorkan . Terpilihnya Tifagrafika itu atas rekomendasi WO Hendra Pelangi Catering (HPC) .. Pemesanan undangan di bulan Januari 2018 , yang di janjikan akan selesai tgl 19 Maret 2018 . Molor 1 hari. Pas tgl 19 Maret 2018 saya datang ke Tifagrafika pemilik bilang kalau tempat percetakan libur karena mengganti tanggal merah di tgl 17 Maret 2018 (hari raya nyepi) , kita sebagai client tidak bisa berbuat banyak. Selain menunggu hari esok yaitu Selasa 20 Maret 2018 . Tepatnya hari ini. Selasa 20 Maret 2018, saya mengontek Tifagrafika, setelah sepakat sore saya ambil. Saat sore tiba. Saya dan pasangan datang langsung ke Tifagrafika di daerah Kramat jati Jakarta timur , saat sampai sana . Tepat jam 16.30 wib , saya tidak mendapatkan hasil apa apa, alias undangan belum bisa di pickup Undangan saya terlihat baru selesai di cetak . Saat kita komplen kenapa undangan belum selesai, dia bilang kalo katanya dia ada kendala, padahal kami sudah menyerahkan pembayaran semua ke WO . Saat kami mulai menanyakan bagaimana pertanggungjawaban nya. Pemilik toko a/n Yanto dengan nada tinggi bilang bahwa kalo ga jadi juga gpp, saya juga punya hak , Disitu saya putuskan untuk ke HPC (Hendra Pelangi Cattering) untuk mengkomplen keras tindakan pemilik toko undangan itu , Saran saya . Berfikir 2x untuk menggunakan jasa Tifa Grafika Hasilnya sangat buruk . Untuk kupinpenukarakan souvenir . Hampir 30% nama kami terpotong. Kami pesan 800lembar . Yang di berikan hanya 653 pcs .
