★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Garuda Indonesia sales building, a good place to go with the high quality of staffs services but the parking area is very limited. It's better if you don't bring your car and use taxis or similar transportations device.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient services and friendly staffs. Clean and nice interior. The security guard follows safety procedures by checking the body temperature of guests and politely asks to use hand sanitizer provided near the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save your money and try one of the other airlines that charge half the price. Terrible customer service and communication from 2 people called Ela and Ummi. After Garuda changed my flight schedule, I had to cancel my flight because I would have missed my connecting international flight. When I requested a refund, they said they can only give a voucher. This is great if you actually live here, but how should I use this voucher when I'm back in my home country? Ummi then agreed upon a refund made to my bank account, but a week later I received the voucher from Ela. No refund. Garuda cannot be trusted with flight schedules, and you also cannot trust what they say regarding refunds. STAY AWAY. From all the countries I've traveled to and airlines I've used, this has been the WORST experience.
