★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang untuk melakukan test PCR di tempat ini pukul 08:35. Tidak terlalu lama setelah 10 menit menunggu sembari mengisi formulir, sudah dipanggil untuk Test PCR. Penanganan ramah, pelayanan baik dan cepat (karena tidak ada antrean yang panjang), petugas PCR dilengkapi APD dan tempat yang nyaman dan bersih. Untuk lahan parkir mobil bisa di sebelah kiri gedung, karena tidak ada lahan yang memadai di depan klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil PCR tdk sesuai dg yg dijanjikan, dijanjikan sabtu tgl 3 juli 21, sdh dpt hasil ttp sampai 4 Juli 21 blm dpt hasilnya. sdgkan hasil dibutuhkan utk keperluan kerja. jd percuma pd saat daftar ditanya utk keperluan apa? klu faktanya spt ini?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melakukan tes pcr paket H+1, pelaksanaan di hari H jam 12.00wib, dan sampai dengan H+1 jam 16.00 hasil pemeriksaan belum ada. Saat di konfirmasi per telepon disampaikan hasil akan keluar di H+1 jam 24.00wib. Hal ini tidak di jelaskan saat proses registrasi. Tidak efektif, tidak ada customer yang bersedia menunggu hingga jam 24.00wib dinihari, lebih baik sekalian ambil paket H+2, dengan harga lebih murah dan waktu penyampaian relatif sama. Dengan harga yang sama, di laboratorium kompetitor bisa memperoleh hasil lebih cepat (setidaknya masih di jam kerja H+1). Kepada pimpinan laboratorium, agar hal ini menjadi perhatian untuk bahan perbaikan ke depannya. Terima kasih.
