Saat mengajukan komplen, mereka berlindung di prosedur pencucian tidak dicampur customer lain, okelah saya bisa terima, tapi knp celana hitam saya hilang dan jilbab 2 hitam hilang? Saat saya minta tolong di check lagi mungkin saat nyetrika kecampur atau packing atau entah apa tidak ada tanggapan lain. Mungkin nnti weekend saya mau datang langsung dan nanyakan prosedurnya
It's clean and smells good. Lastly, many of my clothes were missing and the towels were exchanged. When they file a complaint, they take refuge in a washing procedure that is not mixed with other customers, okay, I can accept it, but why have my black pants gone and 2 black headscarves gone? When I asked for help to check again maybe when the iron was mixed or packing or whatever, there was no other response. Maybe this weekend I will come directly and ask about the procedure
