★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu pertma kali aku ke salon thiens
Awalnya aku tanya sama sepupu aku wilda,
Klo aku mau warnain rambut,,, trus sepupu aku ngajak ke salon thiens,, pas datng masih ragu sma warna apa yg cocok di aku,, akhirnya sekian lama aku cari warna & gambar ketemu lah yg cocok, & si mbanya sabar bngt aku milih warna yg cocok ?
Karna aku perdana pertama kali warnain rambut aku deg²an dong takut hasilnya ngga pantes?
Ternyata eh ternyata pas sudah jadi,, wooww bagusss bngt puass bngt deh aku?

When I wanted to color my hair, my cousin took me to Thiens salon, when I arrived I was still unsure what color would suit me, finally I was looking for a color and picture for a long time and found the right one, and the lady was very patient, I chose perfect color
Because it's my first time to color my hair, I'm afraid that the results won't be appropriate
It turned out that when it was finished, wow, it's really good, I'm very satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya cuman cuci potong, setelah cuci ke tempat gunting rambut masih netes basah, di Hairdring nya deket banget sampai kulit kepala panas, trus ga disisir selesainya, biarin gitu aja, ckck ga lagi lagi deh balik ke salon itu, tadi mau kasih tip ke terapisnya, karena ga ramah dan cuek gitu ya, sudah ga jadi kasih tip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya ga ramah saat baru datang ga di suruh nunggu atau di sambut malah jadi bingung customer duduk bengong aja liatin mreka pekerja ga ada arahan apapa hampir nunggu 1jam paling tidak rekomen di daerah limo penjelasan via WhatsApp nya juga singkat singkat. Blebih rekomendasi salon cantik sekalian
The service is not friendly when you just arrive, you are not told to wait or welcomed, instead you are confused, the customer just sits blankly and looks at them, the workers don't have any direction, almost waiting for 1 hour, at least the recommendation in the limo area, the explanation via WhatsApp is also short. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah coba mani pedi dan hairspa di salon ini. Untuk mani pedi masalahnya ada di potongan kuku yang ga rapi. Masa kuku tangan dipotong runcing begitu bentuknya, kan jadi tajam hasil akhirnya. Bahaya. Untuk hairspa masalahnya pas keramasin kasar dan bikin sakit. Kayak pake kuku gitu. Pas ngeringin pakai hair dryer pun kulit kepala terasa panas. Untuk pelayanan terapisnya pas menjalankan tugas sih ramah ya. Cuma ya itu, secara skill kok saya ga cocok.
Have you ever tried mani pedi and hairspa at this salon. For mani pedi the problem is in the untidy nail clipping. When your fingernails are cut as sharp as they are, the final result will be sharp. Danger. For hairspa, the problem is when you wash it, it's rough and makes you sick. It's like using nails. Even when drying with a hair dryer, the scalp feels hot. As for the therapist's services, when they are carrying out their duties, they are friendly. It's just that, in terms of skills, how come I don't match.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lagi jalan iseng nyobain salon.. Ini pengalaman terburuk sih pas ke salon. Perawatan yg aku ambil hair spa, pas ngeramasin sakit banget di tarik dan pake kuku. Pas perawatan pijetannya cuman sebentar dan btw ternyata kepala juga gak di pijet (baru kali ini, atau memang treatment salon ini begitu? Idk) hanya punggung dan tangan saja. Pas keramas kedua, ngebilasnya pake shower yg tekanan airnya paling kenceng dan kasar banget pas ngebilasnya. Lanjut step ke ngeringin, bener bener bikin panas kepala karena hair dryernya deket banget dan di sisir kasar, jadi sakit kepala sehabis treatment. Gak lagi lagi deh kesini, aku kapok. Oh iya satu lagi, sangat tidak ramah pelayanannya.
Just on a whim trying out a salon.. This is the worst experience when I go to a salon. The treatment I took was a hair spa, when I shampooed it really hurt to pull it out and use my nails. The massage treatment was only for a short time and btw it turns out that the head is also not massaged (this is the first time, or is this salon treatment like that? Idk) only the back and hands. When you wash your second shampoo, rinse it with a shower with the highest water pressure and it's very rough when you rinse it. Next step to drying, it really makes my head hot because the hair dryer is very close and the comb is rough, so I have a headache after the treatment. I'm not here anymore, I'm tired. Oh yes, one more thing, very unfriendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 7 x saya melakukan perawatan d thiens salon limo. Baik wajah maupun tubuh. Pernah mendapatkan pelayanan yg kurang nyaman tp lebih banyaknya mendapatkan pelayanan yg baik dan nyaman. Jd tergantung siapa yg melayani perawtannya. Hari ini saya menghabiskan waktu siang saya to memanjakan diri di thiens salon. Saya datang jam 11 antri sebentar jam 12 saya mendapat pelayanan. Pertama saya perawatan wajah : totok wajah, facial detok dan masker. Setelah itu lanjut ke perawatan tubuh : massage, lulur dan body spa. Bersama teh elly. Lalu d lanjutkan potong rambut sm mbak eva. Dan creambath sm teh elly lagi.. Akhirnya sore jelang magrib selesai. Dan hasilnya luar biasa. Badan jd rilex rasanya... Terimaksih teh elly dan mbak eva kalian luar biasa. ?
I've done 7 times the d Thiens salon limo treatment. Both face and body. Have you ever received a service that was less comfortable, but mostly you got good and comfortable service. So it depends on who is serving the care. Today I spent my afternoon pampering myself at Thiens Salon. I came at 11 in line for a while at 12 I got service. My first facial treatment: full-blooded face, facial detox and masks. After that proceed to body treatments: massage, scrub and body spa. With elly tea. Then proceed to cut Ms. Eva's hair. And cream bath with Elly's tea again.. Finally the afternoon before sunset was over. And the results are amazing. The body feels so relaxed... Thank you for the tea, Elly and Ms. Eva, you are amazing. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 Feb 2021, saya potong rambut dengan ibu eva, baru kali ini pengalaman dapat pelayanan tidak baik di salon.
1. pemilihan model rambut tidak sesuai
2. sudah dibilang dirapikan saja, malah dipotong bondol
3. pada saat pakai hardrayer panas sekali, kena di kulit kepala.
4. hasil tidak maksimal , belum selesai sudah langsung pegang customer baru.
dengan ada nya kasus ini, si ibu eva tidak minta maaf, malah menyalahkan saya, seakaan2 saya baru pertama kali ke salon.
semoga kedepannya tidak terjadi hal serupa seperti ini.

Feb 12, 2021, I cut my hair with Eva's mother, this is the first time I have had bad service at the salon.
1. the selection of hairstyles is not appropriate
2. It's been said that it was just tidied up, instead it was cut off
3. When using the hardrayer it is very hot, it hits the scalp.
4. the results are not optimal, have not finished already directly hold a new customer.
With this case, Eva's mother did not apologize, instead blamed me, as if it was my first time at the salon.
I hope something like this doesn't happen in the future.
