★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruangan panas, dari jaman dulu masih aja begitu, khususnya room 28. Harus ganti AC. Waitress tata kramanya rendah. Tidak ada greeting. Pelayanan buruk banget. Makin lama sound makin jelek, begitupun microfone. Terimakasih. Mohon perbaikannya pak manager.
The room is hot, from the past it was still like that, especially room 28. Must replace the air conditioner. Waiting for manners is low. No greeting. Really bad service. The longer the sound gets worse, so does the microfone. Thanks. Please repair Mr. Manager.
