★ ★ ★ ★ ★ positif: kamarnya luas pemandangannya mantap ke gunung
negatif : saya datang ke villa jam 3 sore tanggal 23 desember 2019 karena terjebak kemacetan, saat datang disambut dengan tidak ramah sama penjaganya. saya malah disuruh lihat kamar sendiri sambil ada omongan dalam bahasa sunda (rariweuh ari tadi kamana wae) saya baru kali ini cek in beda 1 jam ada omongan seperti itu. saat kita lihat kamarnya penjaganya malah cuek ngobrol sama orang lain di tengah lapang. terus kondisi dapur kita juga lagi dipakai katanya untuk masak tamu lain yang dibawah, saya tanya kenapa dapurnya dipakai malah jawaban dari istri penjaganya dapur bareng aja kemarin tamu lain juga masak bareng tidak apa2, koq bisa begitu padahal kamar mandi untuk kamar bawah itu ada di dapur tersebut. akhirnya saya komplain ke yang menyewakan/pemilik dan akhirnya masaknya pindah sambil sikap penjaganya yang tetap tidak ramah. saya yang sudah bayar untuk 2 malam akhirnya memutuskan setelah semalam aja kita cek out karena merasa ga nyaman dan membiarkan saja yang semalamnya hangus. dan sepertinya kamarnya juga tidak dipersiapkan (tidak tahu akan ada tamu yang datang) padahal saya sudah booking lewat traveloka seminggu sebelumnya. Wifi juga tidak ada

negative: I came to the villa at 3 pm on December 23, 2019 because I was stuck in traffic, when I arrived was greeted with no friendly at the guards. I was told to look at my own room while there was talk in Sundanese (rariweuh ari kamana wae earlier), this is the first time I checked in there was an hour like that. when we see his room the guards don't even care about talking to other people in the middle of the field. then the condition of our kitchen is also being used, he said, to cook other guests below, I asked why the kitchen was used, instead the answer from the guardian's wife, the kitchen was together yesterday. Other guests also cook together. the. finally I complained to the renter / owner and finally the cook moved while the guardian's attitude remained unfriendly. I already paid for 2 nights finally decided after just overnight we checked out because it felt uncomfortable and let it burn out last night. and it looks like the room was also not prepared (didn't know there would be guests coming) even though I had booked through Traveloka a week before. Wifi is also not there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ke sini tgl 13-14 des 19 kemarin utk acara kantor, Lokasi dekat dengan Taman Safari, jalan masuk villanya kurang jelas, karena kanan kirinya rumah penduduk... tempat parkir luas, villa nya ada 2 di atas (2 kamar kl gak salah) dan di bawah (5 kamar + dapur) banyak taman/ruangan lapang dengan rumput-rumputan, dengan pagar bambu yang bagus...
view-nya bagus pas menghadap gunung, villanya lumayan bersih, kamar mandi lumayan bersih juga...air hangat..
bapak penjaganya informatif dan baik juga.
cm tidak ada kolam renangnya.... (atau memang blm nemu ya )
came here on 13-14 December 19 yesterday for an office event, the location is close to Taman Safari, the entrance to the villa is unclear, because the right and left of the resident's house ... a large parking area, there are 2 villas above (2 rooms are not wrong) and downstairs (5 rooms + kitchen) lots of garden / spacious room with grass, with nice bamboo fence ...
the view is good right facing the mountain, the villa is pretty clean, the bathroom is pretty clean too ... warm water ..
the guardian is informative and kind too.
cm there is no swimming pool ... (or haven't found it yet)
