★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for this kind of residential housing. Too far from Central Jakarta (60 km), and it cost more than 2Bio Rupiah so not worth it and overprice.
By the same price you can get a house with the same size in Jakarta. Also their sales person are so cocky. So not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice area. First come here there were only 3 houses. Last week went here already available until its front area. Though its quite expensive but love the design of the house? There is also another project, I guess, called Tanglin Parc.
