Quality batik in a comfortable two-level store. They offer wide range of batik for men, women, and kids with fixed (reasonable) price. They also grouped the batik based on the design: Jogja, Solo, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the Batik shops we investigated today (as serious pursuers of high quality batik), this was our favorite shop. The second floor has a huge variety of hand painted and a combination of hand and stamp batik fabric by the meters for sale. The selection is just gorgeous.
The men’s selection is of superior quality compared to the women’s selection. I found rips and random ink spots on the women’s clothing. But the menswear is gorgeous.
English is extremely limited so before you visit, know that you’ll be happy with what you find and feel free to sit and take a break from the batik sensory overload. Restroom is clean as well.
