★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Makanan dan minuman tidak lengkap. Padahal kami datang pada waktu makan siang. Kalau datangnya sore atau malam, mungkin bisa dimaklumi.
2) Pesanan yang datang tidak sesuai pesanan. Harus mengingatkan pelayan untuk diganti.
3) Makanan disajikan di wadah kecil. Tidak seperti Holycow yg biasa, disajikan di piring besar supaya mudah dipotong2.
Overall, not recommended.
1) Incomplete food and drink. Even though we came at lunch time. If you come in the afternoon or evening, maybe it's understandable.
2) Orders that arrive are not as ordered. Had to remind the waiter to be replaced.
3) Food is served in small containers. Unlike the usual Holycow, it is served on a large plate for easy cutting.
Overall, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu tunggu lumayan lama. Pas udah dateng, daging sudah dingin. Medium well tapi kaya well done. Daging keras, padahal wagyu tenderloin. Tempat serving dagingnya di pan kecil gitu dan lebih menyusahkan buat makan. Lebih baik pake plate besar kaya di holycow lainnya. Kayanya kekurangan staff soalnya pas udah duduk ga langsung dikasih menu. Terus manggil waiternya juga susah banget karna sibuk serving table lain.
The waiting time is quite long. When it arrived, the meat was cold. Medium well but rich well done. Tough meat, but wagyu tenderloin. The place for serving meat is in a small pan and it's more difficult to eat. It's better to use a big plate like the other holycow. It seems that there is a shortage of staff because when you are seated you are not immediately given a menu. Then calling the waiter was also very difficult because other serving tables were busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprise jg ada holysteak di TSM Cibubur. Masih segrup sm holycow, tapi klo scan qr code beda menu sm holycow yg steak hotel. Tempatnya cozy ky suasana diner2 di luar dgn nuansa merah hijau ada neon2 gtu. Tmpt gak terlalu luas, jd klo penuh ya waiting list. Jgn lupa diconfirm n cek lg klo order, kupesen pake mashed potato dikasihnya french fries, untung gercep lsg dituker sih. Menu favorit pastinya wagyu steak, salmon steak pake mashed potato (saus teriyakiny enak, tp better dipisah jgn dituang krn rasany tajem n manis), pastanya jg enak. Klo lg craving steak, bolehlah mampir kesini cobain.
Surprise there is also a holysteak at TSM Cibubur. Still a group with sm holycow, but if you scan the qr code, the menu with sm holycow is a steak hotel. The place is cozy, like the atmosphere of the diners outside with shades of red and green and there are neons like that. The place is not too wide, so if it's full, there's a waiting list. Don't forget to confirm and check again when you order, I ordered it with mashed potato and gave it french fries, luckily it was quickly exchanged. The favorite menu is of course wagyu steak, salmon steak with mashed potato (the teriyaki sauce is delicious, but don't pour it separately because it tastes sharp and sweet), the pasta is also delicious. If you're craving steak, you can stop by here and try it.
