HOWEVER...
Everything we wanted was out of stock and food service was extremely slow.
Also, the price doesn't match the quality and taste of the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A newly opened cafe in Ancol near Putri Duyung. It has a concept of restaurant on a ship and the decoration is very supporting to it. The view to the sea side is beautiful at night and the meals are not so pricy. They offers range of food from western to eastern, not much specialty on the food, but a good place to hangout in Ancol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love the ambience, it really gives an ocean vibe to the visitors. The place is so instagrammable and the spaces between tables quite wide. But the food is just okay, even the rice is quite hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely food. Great ambience. Becareful when you order drink, make sure it is non sugar drink (if you'd prefer). They will add sugar to most all the drink including coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ December 4th came to The Pier for the first time with my friend. when we first arrived we were treated kindly, assisted with table setting as we were 8 people. The menu was given as usual, but after wanting to order the waiter took a long time to come and after the waiter came and our order was recorded, we waited about 30 minutes to wait for drinks. But after waiting 30 minutes the drinks still haven't come then we called the waiter again and the waiter took our order a second time because the first order was missing. We waited another 30 minutes a total of 1 hour waiting for drinks but still not arrived. We called the waiter for the third time but got no response, we finally got out of this place. After we complained to the manager, the manager also didn't apologize and didn't feel guilty. The manager said that the order recorded by the service did not go into the kitchen. How can the order not reach the kitchen even though it has been recorded? Very very reckless.
