★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe I am the only 1 (out of their claimed: “thousands of clients from 2002”) that has problems with this company? But I hired their service to manage the renewal of my birth certificate on April 2017 and did not receive the document. After many days asking, on may 4th 2017 we got an email saying that we needed to wait for few weeks. Few months passed, and on september 28 I asked again but no reply. Now its 2019. I sent another email asking about the document. (I believe I have the right to ask for this?)
After sending an email of complaint, attaching previous email and messages, telling my disappointment and hoping that none of my expat friends would get the same problem, the feedback was that “there is nothing we can do since you did not pursue us for 2 years .. and that your complain was an accusation and possible defamation” .
Right now I am left only with confusion of why I am to blame for not pursuing a company to do what they supposed to do for me, and why a bad review and complain can be an accusation and defamation . lol
