The place is quite orderly, comfortable and clean. It could be a temporary shelter, strategic location close to the EJIP industrial area

pros: nice apartment, well furnished, convinience store opens early around six, laundry available n fast service, lobby got nice sofas for your guest, gym's adequate, pool is clean, atm's near, hospital is also near. very safe n friendly security staffs
cons: if you're working in lippo area and u dont drive any vehicles (if u rely on online transport) then this place is not convinience enough cz in the morning (6-8) there's one way traffic at the one and only exit of this apartment. Secondly, some of the times you'll get disturbed by music noise from a car located on the road (not really far from apartment) and they played it like until 12 am. I don't know whether the other residence are okay with that music (EDM) but I am really disturbed with that cz it makes me harder to fall asleep at night
