★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parking space is very limited and it's scarily narrow, hard to turn around inside the parking area if you drive a long car with big turning diameter. Not really strict with its safety. Security hopes for some tipping. The building condition not really good eventhough it's new. Contractor's very hard to reach for some fixing and are very slow to respond complaints.
