★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah banget, datang jam 3 katanya harus booking dlu, disuruh tunggu sampe jam 7. Jam 7 datang malah dikasi ke orang lain. Please staff disini parah bgt ga bisa atur jadwal customer sama sekali. Ga bakal dtng lg kesini.
 So bad, he came 3 o'clock he said he had to book first, told to wait until 7 o'clock. 7 hours came instead was given to someone else. Please the staff here are really bad so they can't set the customer's schedule at all. I won't be here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kejadian ini sbnrya sudah berlangsung sekitar 4 bulan yll. Saya akhirnya berani menuliskan review karena berharap tdk ada yg mengalami hal yg sm seperti saya yaitu saya mengalami cantengan istilah medisnya paronychia dimana kondisi infeksi di sekitar tepi kuku bahkan seluruh bagian kuku. Gejalanya seperti bengkak,merah,nanah bahkan nyeri. Nah,gejala itu yg saya alami dan sampai skrg blm bs pakai sepatu :( dan mohon doanya mau ke dokter karena bengkaknya blm hilang2 dan yg paling sedih keluar nanah, smntara saya mencegah infeksi berlanjut dgn mengkonsumsi antibiotik rajin bersihin. Utk tempat bisa dikategorikan lengkap karena mmg utk khusus perawatan kuku. Cukup ternama di ibukota khususnya. Dari segi pelayanan kurang ramah dan agak menganggu karena saling ngobrol satu sama lain petugas (sebut saja terapis kuku nya) jadi kuku kita engga terlalu diperhatikan. Awalnya terapis kuku membersihkan kuku saya dan kemudian mulai memotong kuku saya,tapi terlalu pendek dan ketika saya bilang “mba,maaf itu sakit” tapi ttp mba nya nyemprot mungkin alkohol ya terus di dikorek2 sampai bagian pinggirnya ilang dan luka :( katanya sih emang gitu dan “gemas” liat kuku saya yg banyak kulit mati nya tapi sedihnya sih tdk dilakukan dengan “gentle” malah yg menurut dia “bagus” saja padahal sya uda coba “tdk perlu diteruskan karena perih dan terlalu pendek ya mba” tapi mba nya ttp ngeyel :’) rasanya gimana ya saya mmg bukan terapis kuku tapi its hurt,girls tapi kok sampai besoknya masih kerasa nyut2 :( dan sampai skrg. Mungkin terkesan sepele tp menganggu aktivitas cukup berarti :( harus pakai sandal dlu supaya tdk menekan lebih dalam lagi infeksinya. Didoakan saja semoga segera membaik ya girls!:)
Dan lain kali kalo bs membawa alat mani pedi sendiri atau pastikan terapisnya kooperatif dgn kita karena yg kita inginkan pasti kuku sehat dan cantik.
This incident has actually been going on for about 4 months. I finally dared to write a review because I hoped that no one would experience the same thing as me, namely that I experienced the medical term paronychia, which is an infection around the edge of the nail and even the entire nail. Symptoms such as swelling, redness, pus and even pain. So, I have experienced that symptom and until now I have not been able to wear shoes :( and please pray to the doctor because the swelling has not gone away and the saddest one is pus, while I prevent the infection from continuing by taking antibiotics diligently to clean. For a place it can be categorized as complete because mmg specifically for nail care. Quite well-known in the capital in particular. In terms of service, it is not friendly and a bit annoying because the officers chat with each other (let's call it the nail therapist) so our nails are not too much attention. Initially the nail therapist cleaned my nails and then started cut my nails, but too short and when I said "mba, sorry it hurts" but but the mba sprayed maybe the alcohol was rubbing it until the edges were gone and it hurt :( he said that's true and "annoyed" I saw a lot of my nails the skin is dead but sadly it's not done with "gentle" instead what he thinks is "good" even though I've tried "no need to continue because it hurts and too short ya mba "but mba still annoying: ') how do I feel I'm not a nail therapist but its hurt, girls but how come I still feel sick until the next day :( and until now. Maybe it seems trivial but disrupting the activity is quite meaningful: (you have to wear sandals first so you don't press the infection even more. Pray, I hope it gets better soon, girls! :)
And next time, if you can bring your own mani pedi or make sure the therapist is cooperative with us, what we want is definitely healthy and beautiful nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoa. They charge expensive price with such bad services and manners? I won't go back here ever again. The staffs were not friendly at all. They kept staring and playing their phone beside my manicure table. It's gonna be fine if they play their phones in the back room, so the customers won't see it. When my fingers were dried by their fan, the one who handled me didn't check my fingers whether it all dried up already or not, even once. Then, I just went to my mom because I already sat too long with the fan and I felt cold. Bbrr. They didn't even turn off the fan rightaway. They all just walked past it. Took them so long to turn it off. Thanks for the terrible services!
