★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hny ingin sharing. Berhubung lokasi dkt kantor, sy cb laundry blazer putih disini. Hasilnya mengecewakan sekali. Furing dalaman blazer berudul rusak. Lalu mrk tawarkan utk perbaiki 2hr jadi, tny sy ok atau gak. Tanpa persetujuan, lgsg diperbaiki. (Rencana sy sbtlnya mau bw ke tukang jahit sendiri). Tp hasilnya tetap sj lubang2 bolong2 bagian dlm furing blazernya. Mau bicara dgn manager nya saat telpon, ktnya sdh pulang. Dan luar biasanya sy tetap disuruh bayar biaya laundry oleh pegawainya. Speechless. Sgt disayangkan. Semoga terbaca oleh pemilik laundry ini. Terima kasih.
Hny want to share. Due to the location near the office, I cb white blazer laundry here. The result was very disappointing. The inner lining of the tagged blazer is damaged. Then they offered to fix it in 2 days so I asked if it was ok or not. Without approval, it will be fixed immediately. (My plan was to take it to a tailor myself). But the result is still the holes in the furing of the blazer. I want to talk to the manager on the phone, he seems to have gone home. And amazingly, I was still told to pay the laundry fee by the employee. Speechless. It's unfortunate. Hopefully the owner of this laundry will read it. Thank you.
