★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terhitung juni 750rb utk non ac, fasilitas kamar cukup bagus (kasur,bantal,lemari 2 pintu,meja belajar,kursi) kamar mandi dalam dengan shower dan dan wastafel dan kaca untuk closet tidak ada flush jadi closet duduk manual harus punya ember dan gayung.
akses 24jam dengan satpam wanita disiang hari dan satpam pria dimalam hari, lokasi didalam perumahan pondok pucung. ada akses angkot walaupun jarang disarankan memiliki kendaraan pribadi
sangat disayangkan keadaan dapur sangat kotor, bahaya kuman bakteri pada peralatan masak. kulkas terlalu full banyak makanan basi (kesalahan penghuni tidak menyortir) dan air keran lama lama menguning, meninggalkan bekas dipakaian putih.
warga kos biasanya ramai sampai jam 11malam lalu diatas itu sunyi.
sangat rekomendasi untuk karyawati
As of June 750rb for non ac, the room facilities are quite good (mattress, pillow, 2 door cabinets, study table, chairs) bathroom with shower and sink and glass for closet no flush so the closet sits manually must have a bucket and dipper.
24 hour access with female security guard during the day and male security at night, located within Pondok Pucung housing. there is access to public transportation although it is rarely recommended to have a private vehicle
it is unfortunate the state of the kitchen is very dirty, the danger of bacterial germs on cooking utensils. the fridge is too full of stale food (the occupants' mistake does not sort) and the old tap water is long yellowed, leaving traces of white clothing.
boarding residents are usually crowded until 11 pm last night on top it's quiet.
