★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 2 nights, considering it as a 3 star resort all facilities and arrangements are really great, all animals are well taken care of. May be few maintenance is required (501 room needs the sink tap to be fixed as water goes everywhere, and right side toilet drainage is not well).
All their food is great, pricing is average not so expensive. All the people in the restaurant are really friendly and helpful. Mr Chaerul is a really nice person.
Only thing I did not like is, Miss A (do not want to mention full name) coming with a complementary fruit plater in the evening day before we checkout and asking for a 5* rating and insisting to complete it immediately while my son is fussing to put shoe and go for a walk. It was not a professional behaviour….
1. Asking for a specific rating,
2. Insisting to do it immediately before checking out and while I am busy managing my baby.
I am rating 4* because of this un professional behaviour.
It was a great place to spend time with family and kids.

Suitable for family stay cation.
Suggestion : better the room make the modern design to make excellent feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very clean, although at first I had difficulties to find the electric socket to charge my phone, it's hidden. The location is quite remote, a perfect place to escape from the busyness of Jakarta. Minor service errors from room service on foods ordered, I asked sunny side up eggs but given omelette instead, I ordered 1 coffee and 2 teas, came up with 2 coffees and 1 tea. I think they need to really write down the order instead trying to memorize it.
Anyway, it's a very good holiday, my kid is so happy playing with the rabbits there.
