★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the chocomaltine cheesecake a few days ago. When I came this morning to pick up the cake at their outlet in Jl Boulevard Raya Kelapa Gading, the cake was not ready yet and the store was pretty empty. I paid the cake and there was a guy behind me who paid his order after me. I waited for about 15 minutes and the staff brought the cake out, which I thought it had to be my order. In fact, it was belong to the guy who ordered after me with the same cake and I had to wait for another 5 minutes after I got so furious. I am really disappointed with the service, it has to be “the first come first serve” basis. I will never come back to Harvest again and I will tell anyone that I know that the service of Harvest is very very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing place to get that perfect cake. The cakes are really fresh and just perfect here. The ice cream is also great. However, the price is targeted towards middle to high class so that is something to consider. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weirdest Harvest branch i've ever been. Went there with few friends hoping to chill and eat cakes, turn out the store doesn't have dine-in area. It's for take away only, peeps! What's more weirder? THE CAKES IN THE DISPLAY ARE DUMMIES with no stock! My friend wanted to order a cake, which the staff replied that they don't have that cake ready yet, with no further information of WHY it's not ready yet (it was 5 PM, i could understand if it's in the morning) and WHEN it'd be ready. So why bother putting those dummies cakes in the display?
The cashier was slow and confusing, we got a piece of paper to pay AND to show to the cake section (why don't they just bring the cakes to the cashier rather than us had to go here and there for them?).

Here are what we tried :
Blueberry Cheesecake
A super soft cheesecake with its delicious and less sweet taste. Although in slice cake, but its thick cheese and the authentic blueberry will make us full.
Toffee Caramel
Started from the bottom layer, which is cake, cheese, cake, chocolate, cheese, and on the top is caramel. It has combination taste of cheese, chocolate, caramel that are not too sweet.
Le Chocolat 20 round
For my sister's birthday, we have ordered this cake that can last for 1 - 2 days inside the refrigerator.
It is full of chocolate.... It has chocolate sponge cake and chocolate cream layers with dark chocolate layer on top. In one of the chocolate cream layer, there are white crunchy balls.
Chocolate Muffin
It can be served either cold or hot. I prefer the cold serving by putting it inside the refrigerator. The melted chocolate on top of the muffin became solid. Overall, the muffin tastes okay. The most delicious part is the chocolate melted.
