★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good varieties of cakes, delicious too. I personally recommend 'Black Storm' for dark chocolate lovers. Spacious and clean space to wait for the order. Very friendly and polite staff on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a birthday cake through the Harvest’s website 2 weeks ago, supposed to be delivered today at 4pm. I live outside the country so I arranged this in advance as a surprise for my sister. My mom waited at home the entire day. At 6 pm still no cake delivered. I called the call-center with an international line, being put on hold several times which was super annoying. Then the customer service said that the cake was delivered to the wrong address at 12pm today (which is not the requested delivery time??) so it was brought back to the bakery, saying that the driver tried to contact me via WhatsApp, which didn’t happen. Promised that it will be delivered now. My mom waited another hour, still no delivery so she decided to go to the Harvest Alam Sutera as the order was confirmed to be delivered from that outlet. Staff said that it’s on its way from the BSD outlet. At this point the delivery was already late by 4 hours from the requested delivery time. Waited another hour, my mom called the BSD outlet at 9pm and she’s been told that they will send it now. What a terrible service and especially terrible system!! Get your order system fixed and teach your staff to solve a problem, the address I put was correct and if the driver knocked at the wrong door it’s not so hard to look back at the order confirmation to check the address?? Unbelievable! And thanks for ruining a surprise that I prepared for my sister’s birthday. Will never order from this place again.
