★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for steak. I wanted to try the 500gr steak, but I didn't know that you have to pre-order beforehand. The Grill Father will only provide 1 or 2 portions outside of preorders each day.
So I tried the 200gr sirloin steak instead. The meat is good, the spices are good, the mushroom sauce is also good. I was decently surprised.
Had a brief chat with the owner/chef as well, apparently he's ex-chef of Carnivore.

Supplied with australian prime beef with affordable price, this is the must place to go in eastern part of Jakarta. At first, I don't have higher expectation, but after tasting it, it was beyond great! We ordered couple package (2 sirloin steaks 200 gr incl. side dish, vegs, 4 sauces and sweet ice tea that you can refill) for only Rp 155.000. The sauces we ordered was BBQ, Mushroom and blackpepper, but blackpepper that we suggested than others. They also need improvement for mashed potato.
Overall, we didn't disappointed with our experience dine in here.

He said 'the owner cook himself with pan seared technique, with asparagus on the side and home made mashed potato' with high expectation we came here. And we got the steak grilled by 2 staff. No asparagus on the side. No mashed potato. Just spinach and ordinary fries.
Steak well cooked but can't chew it, meat too tough. Too bad...
