β β β β β Grand Hill located about 10Km pass Taman Safari.
Hotel and Villa.
I stayed in villa Kecak 2 it have 3 bed rooms and 3 bath rooms.
It have private swimming pool but the water is freezing cold even in the hot day time.
There is many mosquitoes during day but its ok in night.
The lighting is very low in rooms.
During my stay the sound from villa plataran is very noisy, non stop dangdut and karaoke day to night.
Traffic is terrible coming and going home about 90 minutes from toll road.

β β β β β We had a wonderful experience at The Grand Hill Hotel and Resort. The staff and services at this property were great. The interior had a great look for visual and other sensory features. Itβs location is rich of enchanting woodland, dreamy and exquisite scenery which makes your stay heavenly.

β β β β β occupies the top floor with mountain views, the bedroom is clean and well-maintained, hot water is smooth, but the amenities in the bathroom are incomplete, tv channels are also very incomplete, parking is available even though it's not too wide, staff service is quite good, because it's still a pandemic so for breakfast or lunch or dinner there is no buffet.

β β β β β good place for a corporate activity with your officemates. nice view. easy to reach. many rooms. foods aren't good tho. better find other place if you care about the meals served for the guests.

β β β β β the place have great ambience and view. The rooms are OK not too big or small with great view. The main attraction seems to be the infinity pool.
there are a few things to note though.
1. the rooms are not completely smoke proof so you can still smell it if the person next to you smokes in the balcony
2. the bathroom door in 606 need s to be fixed cause it cause a big squeeking sound if closed.
3. breakfast is not buffet and this needs to be mentioned earlier. the food was ok although a bit expensive. the western breakfast and the thailand fried rice was not suitable for people with gastic ulcer. the rice portion was a bit small although the food portion itself was large so if you have to eat rice better pick one menu with two rice for 2 people
4. the indoor playground was closed during pandemi which makes it less atractive for family with small children cause the only activity was the pool and outdoor playground which sometimes was crowded

β β β β β Despite the 4 star rating, I will give a definite 5/5 for the view. The mountains and clouds were just outside our window when we checked into our room, giving us a breath of fresh air; a splendid contrast to the busy city life we experience every day.
My family and I did come across a few problems, some of which the hotel staff kindly helped us with. The WiFi connection was an issue, as it was quite unstable oftentimes throughout the day and on our first night, the AC in one of the room we booked did not work, but we easily relocated to another bedroom. Another thing was the breakfast; the usual buffet breakfast wasn't available, resulting in the guests having to order in from the room menu.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in The Grand Hill Resort-Hotel, and thank you to the staff for their understanding.
