★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price more expensive with direct booking than travelo**, very small toilet, many lighting facilities not working, rather dark inside and on the way to hotel. Less maintanance and dirty in serounding the room. Yet better than other hotel or vila around it. Break fast buffet nasi goreng with crackers and fried egg, no more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best way to get into here is only from grand Ussu. The other wud be quiet narrow and hard way. De place has great green view and atmosphere, homy, and natural. But the property seems not maintaning well, so the bamboo rooms are crumbly, and pools are dirty.Its actually great place but need some maintanance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its took very long time for just cek in,we been told they still clean the room for nearly 1 and half hour, the container room that we paid for 700k its just not clean and there is no hot water too, bit disapointed for that kind price. Its almost same price with 4star resort in puncak too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The access might be a bit hard for medium-sized bus, yet the place was fascinatingly comfy inside. There's a big field for group activities or sports, and also medium swimming pool to play. The rooms are very tidy, an air-conditioned bunk beds style room, with small terrace to enjoy morning dews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so disappointed. Spent my new years eve with my family, hoping would make a great time there, turns out that place turn us down. Like blowing up every good expectation. There isn't any ethical praying room, the praying room just unused tiny room, which dirty and narrow. The tents were leaking when it's raining, the toilet didn't afford enough water, we asked for more blanket and bed sheet-since the tent were leaking and flooding, ours were soaking-however they didn't get even a ONE for us. The towels didn't arrive at the exact time, saying it still on laundry.
So,hopefully, the owner could make sure for their best quality, since we payed for it. And please be sure for your room information at every app-booking room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mosquitos everywhere, water heater is not functioned, no towel no tissue no slippers breakfast is cold and the room is not ready yet when we arrived. Need more improvent surely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time and last time staying here. The glamping concept in the forest was not represented well. It's way below our expectation. If you're someone who seek for a comfort and peace of mind while in your staycation with your loved ones, find another place. With the same price, you can gain comfort there, for sure. What have been lacking and disappointing in this place: bad service, the room is toooo small (we took the VIP superior with 4 beds, but it's totally nothing like VIP at all!) and the bathroom too! Arrrgh! The only thing entertained us was only the private pool we could have without other people joining in. Other than that, you would just want to go home for the disappointment. No photos displayed consequently. Sorry:(
