★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm about to book the restaurant for my wedding party. But it is so hard to contact this restaurant. I tried to text the staff several times, only to be sent Special Menu on Feb 2022.
So I come directly to the restaurant, asking for the sales to explain the whole wedding package to me. Instead, the receptionist just give me the number of the sales and told me that she didn't understand anything about the package. I ask her about the avaliability of the restaurant on the date. She said that they still available to book on that day.
Tried to text the sales (the name is Febby), she ask me to wait because another couple is about to pay the Down Payment. So I wait.
And this is her answer. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to have a birthday dinner at The forest by Wyl’s yesterday and I experienced one of the worst birthday ever. First, my husband found a strand of hair in his prawn and chicken cake. Yes, they replaced it with a New one but hey it ruined our mood since it was the first menu. Their main course was toooo salty, probably they put a big chunk of salt on it. Really, you cannot expect too much on this so called “fine dining menu”. And to make it worst, even I was “still” trying to enjoy my dessert.. they suddenly came and “forced” us to pay the bill with an excuse that they are closing. What! There were still 30 minutes left before 8 PM. Where’s your manner??

i not trying food here, later perhaps.
this place is perfect for throwing your self with calm and smoothness of the air. try pampering you self with their cocktails such as "it been a while". try it, thank me later

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our niece has a wedding ceremony (Akad Nikah) at the Forest, it's a very nice venue to hold such an event. However, the place can only accommodate 100 couples comfortably, there isn't enough seating area and tables beyond that. We found the buffet lunch served was excellent tasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience lunchtime. We planned H-1 to celebrate our 6th anniversary in The Forest by Wyl's and try their set menu Orchard for me and Saffron menu for him. Overall i will give 5/5 for Orchard menu (i love the tuna steak, the duck with carbonara shirataki?, and especially the dessert choco mousse) and 3/5 for Saffron menu because I'm not fond with oversweet from RockyRoad Brownie as dessert. And for the mocktails? I only can feel soda everywhere not my kind of drinks... however we do enjoy the welcome drink they say raspberry? But i feel cinnamon drink with cuts of an apple...
quite pricey and the view... i wish there are more trees like frangipangi (if they says they want to feel like ubud) covered the mosque and houses behind the pool??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What else to say! My photos describe it all right? This is the lunch set menu in this resto. Love the ambience. The food is good. The only thing that make me slightly disappointed is the services is not really up to my expectations. It seemed that they are overwhelmed or maybe understaff. Our cutlery is not enough, it’s hard to get their attention and they weren’t tentative enough.
