★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi saya ke excecutive malioboro mall niat dadi awal memang mau membeli baju dan celana karena kualitas mereka oke banget. Tapi saat mau coba ternyata fitting roomnya cuma 1 ruangan yg dibuka. Dan itu ada 5-6 orang gerombolan mbak² yang memakai fitting room tersebut. Saya sudah menunggu sekitar 15 menit lebihh tetapi tetap tidak keluar gerombolan tersebut. Saya mau negur nanti malah bikin masalah kan, akhirnya saya minta tolong ke pegawai excecutive supaya diingatkan aja mba2 itu untuk gantian. Tapi pegawai tersebut (cewe pendek tidak berjilbab) malah seolah tidak mendengar dan memandang saya seolah saya gak mampu beli dan bodoamat sama masalah saya lalu pergi masuk kedalam tempat kasir wkwk. Aduh bener² bingung sama keramahan disini. Akhirnya saya pergi karena sudah kelamaan nunggunya dan pegawainya diem aja. Tolong pihak manajemen the excecutive mall malioboro terutama, pegawainya di training dengan baik dan ramah pada seluruh kalangan pelanggan tanpa memandang apapun, karena kami ini tidak mau nyolong ya, kami mau beli. Saya meminta tolong pada manajemen the excecutive untuk memberi pegawai tersebut arahan lebih lanjut. Terimakasih
Earlier, I went to the executive of Malioboro Mall, the initial intention was to buy clothes and pants because their quality was really good. But when I wanted to try it, it turned out that the fitting room was only 1 room opened. And there are 5-6 people in the group who use the fitting room. I've been waiting for about 15 more minutes but the mob still doesn't come out. I wanted to say that later I would cause trouble, right, I finally asked the executive staff for help, so that the ladies and gentlemen were reminded to replace it. But the employee (a short girl not wearing a headscarf) didn't even seem to hear me and looked at me as if I couldn't afford to buy and was ignorant of my problem and then went into the cashier's place wkwkwk. I'm really confused about the hospitality here. Finally I left because I had been waiting for a long time and the staff just kept quiet. Please the management of the executive mall malioboro especially, the employees are well trained and friendly to all customers regardless of anything, because we don't want to help, we want to buy. I asked the executive management for help to give the employee further direction. Thank you
