★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect the usual villa experience here. They only provide private rooms, toilet and beds but with the minimum necessities in the room. Kitchen and dining room are in communal area, and you're expected to pay for using the kitchen, which they didn't indicate in their information at all.
Clean rooms but bad service could summarize our experience here, the villa is new and they do have good cleaning standards, but the location is a little far from nearby attractions of Bogor or Puncak area. Closest supermarket would require around 10-15 mins walk.
Service is bad because they are slow in picking up calls, inquiries are not clearly explained, unclear fees policy and the nagging request for us to cancel our booking from booking dot com when we clearly completed our stay already.
Won't repeat the experience, but I'm being generous by not giving them 1 star for the bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a very decent place to stay a night or two if you plan to travel to puncak. located in ciawi, near puncak gateway. it has a green atmosphere surrounded by trees and plants. their staff are so kind, especially bapak security at night. it also has grand ballroom which can use for various events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 2 nights. We thought that we would get the whole villa but it’s actually a quarter of a main building with 4 rooms within. Let’s start with the positives: Location is good, breakfast is provided. There is a bathroom and tv in each room. The staff were kind and friendly. There is a small pool that all guests can share.
The negatives:
Very dirty. there are hairs on the sheet on 5 out of the 9 beds. The floors were dirty and many hairs.
The bathrooms were dirty and poorly designed with the sink being on the same location as the shower, therefore not functional when someone is taking a shower. Towels were a bit damp.
You have to pay 1 million to rent the kitchen, it wasn’t communicated
They don’t have extra spare key, therefore if we don’t place the main key at the front desk, they will not clean the rooms - YET THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE THIS.
I paid 3,3 million per night, i expect a little more than sub par, dirty rooms experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean but small room, scenery is fantastic, green and beautiful landscaping, quite difficult to obtain negative side of this hotel complex, but perhaps need more flexible time of early check in from the reservations staff. Look forward stay here again, one day.
